Yes, you would assume (shocking word but all I have to run with) that they have picked a spot in the shale above the point where pressure started to get out of hand to TD. I would hope (another shocking word but again no scope for anything else) they have given themselves an adequate safety margin to stay within a reasonable pressure gradient without accidently pushing through and again requiring heavier remedial mud to problem solve a known problem.
