The fact that the article was dated 23rd October 2023 with no disclaimer that the event described happened in 2022 was malicious. It was published at the same time as the IMEC meeting when everyone was waiting for news. 4DS and its SH's have been unduly affected by this unethical piece of journalism. The author's attempt to now indicate the date when the article was published does not detract from the fact that he has no reason to publish that article at this time, other than to destroy the image of the company. IMO
