well thanks for the negative view (assume you are shorting the stock) - if you actually read the company issued material you would note the schedule is for Phase 1 to come online in 3 years with EBITDA forecast of approx $100M USD. I understand things can change, but don't know where your 4-5 year guess comes from, but I'd be trying to cover your short position if I was you!
