not in a hurry to call in the receivers, but more likely a merger on terms shamefully unfavorable to s/holders (DGM did that), or a capital reconstruction where you end up with eleven or twelve shares worth a fraction of your original outlay (UNI comes to mind).
yes, I am inclined to side with Saxien on this one. but I must admit, if our suspicions turn out to have some foundation, then whoever handles this stock, they deserve credit for a very fine sting operation: only a week ago, RRS looked extremely good on chart.
