Firstly, very sorry to hear of you loosing your partner Jak and your Dad being in hospital for so long - things will improve it's just a slow process.

In relation to the lack of data / information released by IVZ on especially Mukuyu-1/ST1 and so far on Mukuyu-2 I've been perplexed by this myself for a long time. But, my thinking of late has been that the resource numbers could be so large that SM / IVZ need concrete evidence of a discovery - our samples to surface - and at least a good first pass degree of confidence in the Rw value for estimation of water saturation Sw and then gas saturation Sg & if we are lucky oil saturation So. In Slide 1 below I'm briefly summarized my thoughts on this issue.

In Slide 2, I've taken the liberty of summarising from other Posters what I think are the key reasons for expecting the sidetrack to be able to achieve samples to the surface. Acknowledgements to@Kiwigeo8339, @7seven7, @steve3110,@Minermoney@Davey boy.
