I actually think the Marlin was a Canadian Govt Grant, the Board were told to get their Corporate Governance in order, which they didn't and then IQ heard of PLL's intent to not honor the original guarantee to the Canadian Govt. This whole bullshit - "Should we go Carbonate or Hydroxide" is only because PLL have Contractual commitments for Hydroxide in the US.
