Here’s my read. TMT holders were initially buoyed by RCF buying into the company. It’s obviously a vote of confidence in the project and They declared that it was the best value Vanadium play around (paraphrasing) and that was a little reinforcement for what many of us already felt.
Their subsequent move into AVL then turned heads, and in hindsight now it’s clear what they were doing. In a general sense, it makes sense to join the two, though as a holder it can be hard to see this objectively.
But there is no question that current TMT holders are unhappy with the 12-1 offer and what is a very opaque explanation, if any, of what happens after that. And of course we are, some of us have been sitting in TMT for a damn long time waiting for our investment to come to fruition - a LOT longer than RCF have. So when they muscle in with an agenda they are deliberately unclear about, with crappy terms, and then appear surprised that SH don’t like it, they really aren’t reading the room too well.
In reality, they’ve made a mess of it and will need to work harder to make it fly if it gets voted down.
    Get the popcorn out.
