I hear what you are saying, but once again I am no way saying in my post change could make a difference to the share price. Nor am I suggesting change may not have adverse effects on the company. I am however staying the facts, Imugene has not as yet reached a commercial agreement for sections of their pipeline, which they have attempting to out license or sell. This is a fact, not fiction. I am not suggesting PH resign from a board position, merely that it could be a good time for change when it comes to his position as Chair, as the company embarks upon the road toward commercialisation. With all due respect I believe Imugene has more than enough data on their B Cell, in particular Her Vaxx and PD1 Vaxx and engage Big Pharma. And had they been successful in doing so the need for ongoing capital raises may not have been necessary. But that's for another day.
