We were talking about Oz RE, Parsiful, so not sure how France or comparisons materialized. That said, I keep tabs on the RE market in most countries, and although they are all facing severe challenges, Australian RE has a uniquely different set of moving parts in play, so although some similarities to other countries might be evident, Oz is a different dynamic.
