I don't want to get rid of all public servants but I see so many who would not survive if they had to justify their existance. I'll give you one example of a family member who worked in a Premiers office. He used a government car to drive from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast many days before work. When he got back to work, often late (9am start) the car was refueled and washed at the "pool". I have often been visiting my sister, his mother, when he spent time there during "working" hours. He retired at 55 on a superannuation payout that boggled the mind.

Yes A degree in business management Qld Uni (as a mature age student).,but also as a manager of a (successful) company with 640 employees. I then started my own business, one which was eventually taken over by an existing large corporation. I am still a director of an operating public company.
