Ultimately the decision to vote for any resolution is up to each holder. I can say Mary & Pete have been working far more than the expect amount of time keeping Race running since August so it could be argued that the options are compensation for all the extra work they have done over the last several months.
Now that Race has a clear strategy and management, the most important thing it needs is stability. Now is the time for all of us at Race to put our heads down, our tails up, and get on with saving patients and making the shareholders wealthy.
