There is two ways out of this, unless someone knows another.
Either SD makes an unfair but reasonable offer as take over, or all profit is sent out as dividend to share holders. The remaining questions are when and what outcome there is from exploration upside from both Coolgardie and Laverton.
The one certainty is that SD will want as little as possible going to other share holders.
Not sure but FML could simply have an ever growing cash pile and SD comes in with a buy offer that is semi-reasonable thereby capturing the cash pile and everything else. The hoi poloi left something, but far short of terrific.
Thoughts? Might explain why there is little corporate buying here.
