"ABC Consortium" has place a non binding expression of interest to acquire all of PLS for $4.20 representing a 15% premium. 30m shares wall at $4.20 for a week will making covering easy. Look at how ALB placed a cap on LTR and how Gina capitalized on the cap in 5 days buying how much overall % in a couple of days... it's pretty easy to cover in these environments or even better the company announces a capital raise, share-buyback, or consolidation.
