And another question to think about - if Appen employs people to process raw data into a big-data-friendly form can their customers now use the existing AI LLMs to do part or the most of this job? Even ChatGPT 3.5 should be able to read and tag raw inputs and then the human labour is needed only to check the result which is arguably takes a lot less man-hours.
