Unfortunately Mali is not Tanzania. I am not sure if they can benefit AVZ much in our situation imo.
People we need are those fluent in French (reading and comprehension)
A preference to be of Mali descent. People that really understand the nuances of Mali.

Are you saying that AVZ is operating in Mali?
Ms Tungaraza speaks French, as to the other lady - Ms Sijaona - I dont know.
But I would think that she knows at least one foreign language, and being an African and Tanzanian, I'd guess that this would be more likely French than German, Spanish or Italian.
I'd say that if AVZ settles with the DRC gov. out of court, get the ML and progress to develop the Manono Project, than having these two ladies would be beneficial to AVZ.
In the other case, if there are no chances of out of court settlement and we continue waiting for the ICSID rulling and, subsequently, are awarded the damages, then maybe these two non-execs would be of leser benefit.
But then again, this would also apply to some extent to all other directors if AVZ was awarded damages.
