its a $4,000,000,000 litigation - i am suprised that the trail will be in early 2025.

At any point between now and trial there may be an offer to settle - so the fact that the trial is so close might push negotiations to settle closer.

if we get $500,000,000 i'd be very happy. that would be a fair settlement.
