It depends on the severity of the dog leg at the kick off point and whether sidetrack was kicked off on high side or low side of the original bore.
During any trips in and out of the hole there shouldn't be any issues. If any significant reaming is required the DD will usually take a few check surveys to confirm a second sidetrack hasnt been initiated on low side of the hole while reaming.
