They explained those two things on the call.
1) Impacts to terminal numbers are from churn. Gross adds doing OK, but net they're down from business closures and transfers to lightspeed. They think the impact of Lightspeed offering is ~1% of rev.
2) Staff additions (19) at 10 sales staff, 9 customer support. Anyone who was on the call, feel free to correct me, as I didn't write it down.
I do agree though, I find the presentations don't cover specifics to that half/qtr.
