I'm thinking that this whole dilution issue is a little overblown.
If they can get a discovery and some (hopefully) huge resource estimates out of this drilling campaign, it will be a stellar success.
The plan would've always been to prove up the resource and then negotiate the next steps.
I personally wouldn't be surprised if they farm out to a large Chinese O&G company.
