I'd like to see a senate committee hearing .. you know, where senators make everyone squirm by asking in the main entirely reasonable questions

Few Q's for a committee

what there the regulators doing when all these offences were being committed, biding their time ?

how were these offences allowed to happen.. were there no regular inspections? and were the govt officials regularly liaising with the executive at the time ?


where the executive aware of the breaches .. if not why not ?

And especially! who really should carry the can and the penalty for all this .. the mum and dad shareholders or the executive and the regulators ? mmmm

anyway that's my rant
