DM hasn't converted his January options, that has to tell you something, most of all the pump and dump activity was probably at the hands of the broker and clients that took part in the March placement.

Think about why DM has waited, didn't jump in at 20c. He sold a truckload of shares at around 12-14 cents a few years ago, probably saw that as being the best price, as we were years away from a sale.

Today, appears the opposite, he may well have a Santa rally in mind to cover his option conversion, but needs to get the AGM out of the way.

However, he should have arranged it / (may still) to get the sales bonus motion across the line, it would have been a certainty if the SP hadn't gone sub 10.

I got smashed with PL3, exited but came back when Dr W gave me confidence, (then dashed it by leaving), I did load up on the lunch pic, but my holding has halved and lost CGT benefit, so now I hope this takes a while or has a script option.
