DLE is not some bolt on addition for anywhere and everywhere. Every system must be tailored for the resource. If this system cannot produce at grade/volume its back to the drawing board. Its not like a spare wheel you can just change quickly. Not releasing a 3rd party contractor/suppliers name is the first red flag, as nobody can research their past results, successes or failures. AZL in the past has publicly announced some crappy company to help them with Big Sandy scoping study, but for some reason cannot release their DLE partner for production. please Louise. RED FLAG
