Just to add one further point.

In the West Bank, where there are NO HAMAS fighters, the IDF have been dropping bombs and firing missiles on refugee camps - all year around.

Since Oct 7th, over 200 Palestinian from the West Bank have been killed by IDF (including 54 children) and Israeli settlers have killed another 8 Palestinian.

Any Hamas fighter in any of the places, in the West Bank, where Israeli IDF bombed?

So where is the concerns for Palestinian civilian?
