The next measured move short ancor in play : Anticipating some resistance at the 14 - 16.5 cent level.
Once we break the 61.8% fib level at 16.5 cents we have technically broken the two and half year down trend. Will wait for a pullback to go long after the break. For a better insight on how the fib measured moves behave technically, look into David Halsey from Emini addict.
