The stats clearly show that passive funds outperform over 80% of actively managed funds in the long term.
LSF, or L1 just happen to be one of managers who bucks the trend.
High management/performance fees ALWAYS detract from returns.
It just so happens LSF smash the relative benchmarks.
I am not sure I would categorise IOO's management fee as high... I guess it is high relative to other ETFs.
Considering it just invests in the top 100 companies around the world... it probably should be lower.
