They modified the grant to $100m to be used for building a 20kt plant at Riverside which is finalised. They went back and asked for a loan for the same project like a lot of other companies are doing because they're struggling to raise the other >=50% funding if they use the grant. I think a lot of companies saw the grant and thought, great, free money and chased it. It's a hell of a carrot.
You have answered another query I had. The AVTM may provide leverage up to 80%. It's the 2nd time I've seen the number. I wasn't sure what the max amount was. Thanks for that.
