Other wise I can't explain the seemingly negative conviction and
perseverance of 9'q, it doesn't make sense. This constant unrelenting
bombardment on the other hand can have a purpose to unhinge some
unsuspecting viewers of HC like a famous person once said repeat a
lye long enough and times enough until many will ultimately believe it.
