    Shareholder dilution by the continued issuing of shares for capital raises.

    One has to wonder why WKT's MC is now one of the highest out of all of the existing graphite producers when they have had consistent delays, they have a credit card interest rate on their loan and they haven't provided any results from their bulk sampling.

    I would have thought the Wogen update would have sent alarm bells through investors, yet the pumpers managed to ignore they are yet to get any large volume orders.
