Anyone and I dont care who you are whether or not your the Smartest man/woman on this planet...anyone signing a deal that signs away on a deal that causes the controlling interest 75% to give the first product to the underlying sibling 25% and subsequently 50% of that product is "Not Quite Right in the Head" IMHO and its for this reason this BoD's need to be replaced by competent people to take this company forward...the current Bananas have shown us all that they are good at one thing an one thing only an that's losing company's and millions an millions of shareholder funds whilst enjoying the benefits of their positions...its time to stop the ROT....Vote No.
