Wait a minute thats no big deal as the management teams are not of much value, are they anyway?. imo but Watch what the first thing they do with the Merger if it gets up? (Remember we, the small shareholder rarely win) eg possibly upto 30% pay rise, extra Bonuses, extra incentive Shares etc etc

These mergers are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Just ask the CEOs or listen to them imo
