My understanding: ITM is an explorer. They produce nothing much for now.
ITM was spun out of AXE as AXE transitioned from being a junior mining explorer holding various exploration licenses and tenements to the materials tech it's in now; AXE was initially playing with the potential in the material qualities of the graphite AXE once had, but ITM is now sitting on; but AXE has kinda sorta moved on a bit since then.
