In the past maybe. This is a very different type of announcement though. This announcement coincides with the recent success of Vaxinia (CF33) so it is the type of announcement that numerous investors and alike look for. This will attract those who don’t invest too early but are happy to wait until something very solid, which this is!
This is the beginning of a more solid upward trajectory. It may pull back at some point, most do, but the rise will hold IMO.
