By IMU's own admission the CF33 announcement was a "cut of data" at a random (from a scientific perspective, as opposed to conference perspective) point in time. IMU would (IMO) have been sharing data and having discussions with the FDA - particularly in respect of the bile-duct application - well before the ASX announcement of the data-cut.
So my point is that the Board is greedy and that while this announcement should be celebrated by IMU shareholders and Professor Fong's team, it shouldn't translate into more remuneration for our directors.
