People complaining oh its not binding yet, oh it doesn't count until its in the bank.

Firstly, to these individuals your statements are correct! However, it makes it blatantly obvious what is to come.

GLN opened at 90c when the announcement was made. IF this becomes binding, that is basically a guarantied 50% return from here.
DD for companies such as this genearlly have a turn around time of 1 - 2 months, I would say 1 month for us as there would have been a few boxes ticked before the announcement went out. 50% in a month not bad.

Also, once the "money is in the bank" then the run will also be sustained potentially pushing us above the $1, persoanlly I have a $1.20 target for when the binding agreement is made.

Yes, if the agreement is terminated the SP will be impacted just like LTR and there most likely will need to be a cap raise however, the RvR right now is amazing for GLN especially given the fundamentals.

This a micro stock and people are complaining about a 20% drop. For me, given how the SP initially reacted on the news. This is a easy money for me as I believe JP will get this across the line. Each to their own but this time just screams opportunity to me
