    My point is...if you bash your thumb with a hammer, why hit yourself in the head with it repeatedly?..... move away from the hammer.
    No doubt, AQX is toxic but no one is considering why Gage etc are moving in or whether Buxton's days may be numbered.
    Maybe look forwards, rather than backwards
