NF has stated his belief that the MoU was held up not just by the Minister of Justice but also because of the DRC Government waiting out to see if MMGA were able to succeed in their board spill. Obviously if MMGA got in and were abandoning all litigation then that would change the government's approach so that makes some sense. However, now we see if there was any merit in that idea. If this was indeed the reason why action this MoU was being postponed, then we should see some action in the coming month or two. If not, I see the MoU just as one more in a long line of DRC/Chinese delaying tactics and likely to result in nada like the others.
