I appreciate the update and it sounds like they have a healthy degree of conviction as to how high they wish to go whilst providing a level of confidence of a good outcome in humans based on the knowledge that a 50 microgram dose in monkeys, (with no adverse affects), correlates with up to a 100 microgram dose in a human eye.
75 microgram remains quite a significant increase when we consider the trial was originally approved for the following; low = 3 microgram, mid = 10 microgram high = 30 microgram
