Called CMC a third time this morning, asked if she understood naked shorts and new of Automic!! Yes and yes. She looked into me and partners accounts and Automic, she recognized the shortfalls, said will send to the transfers dept for investigation, marked urgent due to delisting. Also left her with the question of what happens in the interim once we're delisted and on NDX, if this matter takes time to resolve. Then put in a complaint about being stonewalled on previous calls saying it's Automic's problem. Told her Automics is saying CMC's problem as well. Asked if they had any notices on records due to other callers (HC Callers). She had no prior knowledge. Now just a waiting game. I hate buck passing!!
