There's a lot to comment in that article, but biggest takeaway is the headline doesn't match the content. What are your thoughts on it?
Phasing out coal will be better (not for Russia), but even if an EV is charged with 100% coal power the emissions are still lower than the equivalent gasoline powered ICE vehicle
