Well no stock is launching in the current market. The media is still fooling the public into buying into the peak property market and still creating a FOMO environment. Every article you come across is related to the property market, rare to see any about investing in the asx! Even though it’s the worst possible time to invest in property in decades. People have abandoned the ASX and the funds have free rein to manipulate and play the trading game and leave the retail in a path of destruction. Even NST making an absolute killing on record aud gold prices gets ignored and yet to break out. Strangest market I have seen in my lifetime. The longer it gos on, the more retail lose faith and exit. Only the ones with balls who are happy to hold long 10 plus years remain. Eventually the liquidity and confidence in the share market will return, people will have more disposable income and the market will eventually break out, particularly low cap stocks. I don’t want to miss this moment and I certainly won’t get sucked into a massive mortgage in a rising rate environment or soaking up credit card debt so I am happy to leave funds long term in stocks, in the bank, cash and physical gold and silver.
