@Medify ... I have little respect for most directors, especially junior companies. They can earn my respect over time by doing the correct things by shareholders, but my experience is that none deserve respect until earned. I've been let down by way too many directors in too many companies..

It is not just ASX rules this lot are breaking, it is Corporations law. ASIC being the useless toothless tiger they are, in all likelyhood wont do anything about it, which is why directors think they can get away with it..

It's simply not good enough.

In my way of thinking, if the BOD are prepared to break the law by not having the AGM according to the rules, then what else are they prepared to do that also might not be legal, or the truth?? Once you can't trust them, why trust anything they say, especially if it is appeasing shareholders.
