There are a few holders who are, how to put it delicately, less comfortable in the digital world. I suspect the young lady who called many (including yours truly) was not only doing what CEO suggests above, in other words the usual, but also ''here to help'' navigate links etc. When I told her I was all paid up, she breathed a sigh of relief, which I interpreted as one luddite less to deal with.
