acv is a interesting...
nuix need to show how did they predicted the acv....
asic stated nuix predictions on acv is misleading....
people saw nuix acv is very high so they brought more shares...
acv is an forecast .. but the forecast need to be reasonable...
the question is what is a reasonable forecast and why did nuix fail 4 times forecasting acv....
down grade 4 time kinda suspicious...
but we do have covid, war, interest rates and market uncertainty...
so.... i believes nuix will have the upper hand...
depends on the witnesses or sntiches lol
