I was confused as well. Speculating here but it could be due to the use of an RC drill?
I've seen visual estimates used quite a bit when a diamond drill is in use, but not sure I've ever seen visual estimates used for RC chips. TBH i'm not sure how you come away with accurate estimates on chips? When you've got a large core it makes sense.
My only other thought is that the lack of true widths estimates may have prevented them from releasing it as price sensitive?
