Not sure why you are so hard on him. He advertises some good stocks on twitter and they are all well researched.
It's obvious he's not a technical trader, the strategy is simple, buy low ev stocks with a high cash balance and a good pipeline of projects and hold through to a pump. It's simple and works.
He pumped TG6 for months before that did a 13x, so I would cut him some slack. If he sells out for a 5% gain so be it. He probably took the money and put it in this stock.
