This has been a different sort of rise in the share price, the dynamic evidently more solid and sustained, and reflective of what's afoot with the fundamentals.

MASS SPECC members are likely to take to the convenience of the app. MASS SPECC will be pushing it, PIL is only too eager to help, and even the Philippines government wants this sort of change.

The hope then would be that MASS SPECC becomes an exemplar for other co-ops.

The thing is readily scalable. All the regulatory requirements are in place.

PIL can easily provide white label apps to other co-ops ...and beyond MASS SPECC's membership, there are, I believe, ~7M co-op members in the Philippines.

Then introduce the possibilities and promise for small business owners of BizmoLoan ...


As Kain is saying, PIL is in its best position for years.
