As a shareholder who has experienced significant losses in my substantial investment with this company, I believe it's crucial to fight for the replacement of the current Board of Directors. We need unbiased directors not influenced by PLL, willing to allocate 20 million for a legal battle urging PLL to reconsider their unfair offtake terms with SYA. Additionally, a clear timeline for downstream collaboration must be established through a mutually signed agreement between PLL and SYA. Dougal insists that PLL has a moral obligation to process lithium downstream, but their conflicting interests and delay tactics require SYA to pursue legal action or terminate the current offtake for its best interests. A new BOD is essential, and shorters like BOT are capitalising on the current board's incompetence or lack of leadership. Let's unite against shorters, retain our shares, demand the resignation of the ineffective BOD, and seek a competent CEO dedicated to shareholder wealth creation and eliminating detrimental influences like the cockroaches currently feeding off SYA - shorting and PLL.. Another suggestion is for all of us to ring the ASX to demand that they investigate why the current BOD and past have not acted in our best interests- demanding salary increase and issuing themselves millions of free shares. Enough is Enough. Let’s all stand up against the BOD and the shorters.
