As suggested in my October post, the Monthly MACD has started to reverse its negative trend (while still in the negative).

As per my hypothesis this means we have officially entered the consolidation phase.

The consolidation phase will bring an extremely strong longer term support between 14-16c (imo) (not unbreakable but high probability of holding). Consolidation phases last many months until the monthly MACD turns positive, marking the beginning of the bull phase (the bull phase will have rising support, as opposed to flat 14-16c support in the consolidation phase)

I predict that:
- we will see a retest and bounce off the support at 14-16c if the spot price continues to fall and we have no company announcements.
- May see positive share price movement with company progress, in which case the consolidation support level may rise as a 1-off to adjust to pricing in that announcement, but no longer-term continual price rise. We will have to wait for lithium spot price to turn-around, and i suspect that may initiate the next bull phase. That will be many months off however. In the interim, we will enjoy a stable and steady support, and a good opportunity to load up around that 14-16c mark.
