I have just discovered the vote on ComputerShare this time does not allow retail shareholders to vote "NO". It only allows to give proxy to the chairman but if you dont want to give your proxy to the chairman, you should either give up voting or present yourself in person to the meeting. OMG! this doesn't sound quite right!
