Sounds like the 'hostile shareholder' has pulled the company on about the s201 (2) issue which has led to the mass resignation. Before compliance can be met, 3 Directors will need to be voted in. Surely there was a better way of going about this? Further, why was the additional Director notice filed with the ASX before the other directors resigned. A veritable cluster.... fellow holders. Hopefully business and manufacturing carries on none-the-less in the background until this compliance issue is resolved.
